- Previously owned -  Previously used - We have no track to test it but it does appear to power on when plugged in

SHIPPING:
Each unit weighs 15 ounces as you see it - unwrapped/unboxed.  Properly packed the two of them will be over 2 pounds - and that is too heavy for First Class Mail (no matter what other sellers might state).  BEFORE complaining, please contact the USPS and ask them the cost to ship a 2+pound package from Arizona to you... Then if you want to complain... complain to them!
Unlike others we wrap and pack every item for safe delivery.  We do not use skin tight boxes. We do not use crumpled newspaper and we do not get shipping boxes out of someone's trash dumpster.  We pay for the boxes, the packing material and the bubblewrap... all new!
If you want cheap shipping and take your chances with the USPS, the worse organization in the world for customer service, then by all means buy from someone who gives cheap or free shipping... then cross your fingers!
Priority Mail (2-3 business days delivery)
USPS GROUND / PARCEL SELECT
- Due to the terribly slow delivery time (7-21 business days is not unusual), and the high rate of damaged packages (because most packages sent by this service are not insured, thus treated like garbage by the USPS), I do not ship USPS Retail Ground or Parcel Select unless the buyer requests this service WITH insurance
- AND DON'T BE FOOLED!  This service saves you about 50 cents over Priority Mail and takes weeks instead of days!
HANDLING TIME

This item will be shipped within Two (2) Business Days after receipt of clear payment.  If payment is received on Thursday or Friday - it will be shipped the following week.
