There are no broken fins.  Just needs a good cleaning.
We bought several buckets of parts 15 years ago from a neighbor who had to move.  So it was not removed by us from an bike for us to be confident.  But please look at the pictures to verify that the part will work for you before you make your purchase.  If you know I have it listed incorrectly, please let me know and I will correct it.
