CONNECTS / SECURES THE CENTER POST TO THE BOTTOM OF BASS DRUM SHELL.  ORIGINAL   PART  OF BASS DRUM with BIG R BADGE: ROGERS DRUMS. MADE IN USA. CLEAN, POLISHED CHROME .
